Month and year math
Adding a month keeps the same day number when it exists. If it doesn’t (Jan 31 + 1 month), we use the last day of the month (Feb 28 or 29). This matches how most calendars and contracts count months.
Weekdays only
Each step skips Saturday and Sunday. Public holidays are not skipped — check your own holiday calendar for deadlines.
